staying at scotia house was a delight. the ensuite was impeccable, and the hosts made sure to provide a great selection of hot beverages. it’s just a short walk to the town center, with lots of dining choices around. i loved the comfy and cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation.

The best and worst parts
The warm welcome and friendly nature of the owners created a cozy atmosphere. The King Suite was beautifully decorated and exceptionally comfortable, making the stay feel quite luxurious.
The TV in the room was disappointingly small, affecting the overall viewing experience. The poor sound insulation between rooms disrupted the peaceful ambiance that one would expect.

Cozy and comfortable bed features made for decent sleep.
The stairs to the room were narrow and treacherous. the check-in process was frustrating with strict breakfast rules. we were not adequately informed about bringing food into the accommodation.

The owners provided a warm welcome and checked in with me about my schedule. The room was beautifully decorated, with high-quality linens and an excellent shower. Nearby dining options made it easy to enjoy local cuisine.
The narrow stairs to the top floor room could be challenging for some, and the lack of breakfast due to kitchen repairs was disappointing. Nevertheless, there are many eateries within walking distance.

I stayed in a Single Room for 2 nights, and it was super cozy and well-decorated. Thoughtful little touches like the hot water bottle and ear plugs were nice. The bed was comfy for a good night's sleep, and the room was really clean. The only downside was that the TV was too small, which was a bit annoying. really enjoyed the comfy vibe here!
